Ascent by cable car to the Stoppani refuge.
From Grostè pass (2444m), where we can admire unique views over the Brenta Dolomites, the Presanella Group, Adamello and Cevedale, after a short approach (about 20 minutes) we will reach the start of the via ferrata Gustavo e Natale Vidi.
Following the via ferrata, after an uphill section on the eastern slope of Pietragrande peak, with beautiful views on Lake Tovel, through aerial passages we change slope to reach a very panoramic ledge that we will follow until its end. At this point the via ferrata ends and the return path to Graffer refuge begins: we will reach it by passing through the “Orti della Regina” (Queen’s gardens), a basin rich in fossils and flowers. From the Graffer refuge we will return to the Boch refuge and then to Madonna di Campiglio by cable car.
