Carè Alto peak
Peak of great alpine and historical importance, which reaches 3464m.
A demanding, but very satisfying itinerary. Wild and panoramic environment with views over the entire Adamello group, Presanella and the nearby Brenta Dolomites.

Day 1
Meeting with the guide at 7.30 a.m. in the village of Spiazzo, briefing & material check.
Transfer by car along the Borzago valley up to Pian de la Sega (1252m). Departure with the itinerary 213 through the Borzago valley in order to arrive at the Carè Alto refuge (2441m). Here we have lunch and in the afternoon we climb up to the Cannone pass (2826m).
Day 2
Departure from the refuge early in the morning and arrival at Pozzoni. Once we are secured in a rope with harness, rope and crampons, we will proceed along the glacier and, through the last section, a little more challenging, we will climb to the summit of Carè Alto (3464m). A beautiful excursion in a high mountain environment with unique views over the Adamello group and along the historical sites where the First World War took place.
Descent to Carè Alto refuge (2441m), lunch break and return to the valley up to Pian de la Sega and then to the village of Spiazzo.
